About Me
My name is Sam Norris
Hey there, My name is Sam and I am a 36 year old mom of three. I have been in the cosmetology business since 2019 when I was doing hair, makeup & nails. I loved making people feel good about themselves & connecting in a more personal way. Unfortunately in 2021 I had a major health issue and no longer am able to be in the hair salon doing what I loved. I started Fuzed & Bonded this past year to reconnect with my cosmetology history but in a way that I can do so in a healthy way for me & giving back to my clients the same way I did as a cosmetologist. I want you to leave happy with not just the product you are receiving but also with the connection we make.

Permanent Jewelry
What does it mean?
Permanent Jewelry is a custom fit jewelry with high end materials such as 14k Gold filled & sterling silver. These chains are long lasting & will not turn, tarnish or rust.
The jewelry is clasp-less, pain-less & hassle-free. The process of choosing the chain is the best part. Bring your BFF, sister, mom, daughter, significant other, etc. and get matching styles that are meant to be worn every day for effortless style.
*There are options to add a clasp if you want to join the fun but cannot or do not want it to be permanent.

The charms below are what I have on hand, if we are booking a party ahead of time or an appointment where a specific charm is wanted, please feel free to reach out and inquire about getting charms ordered.

Aftercare

We will re-weld a broken piece for up to 30 days after purchase if and only if the jump ring was defective and purchased here

We are not responsible for misplaced, broken chains or allergic reactions to metals

Avoid excessive use of perfumes, lotions or chemicals by jewelry

Clean your permanent jewelry with mild, non abrasive soap and warm water

Avoid tugging, twisting or applying too much pressure to your jewelry, as it can weaken

To remove permanent jewelry, use scissors or wire cutters to carefully snip the jump ring NOT the chain
Jewelry Removal
We can remove a bracelet complimentary, or you can snip the jump ring with small scissors, nail clippers, or small wire cutters.
**If you do this at home, we are not liable for any injury that may occur. Do this at your own risk.

Is this permanent?

Yes, we weld a jump ring on to connect both pieces of the jewelry together, meaning you are not able to remove it unless you or I snip the jump ring. *There is an option to add a clasp if you would like to be able to remove the jewelry. This is recommended for children

Is there a minimum age for Permenant jewelry?

5-17 years old we will do permanent jewelry on

Must have parent present and sign a consent form

We do suggest adding a clasp for younger children so it can be removed as needed

Will you re-weld something I have already had that broke?

Yes, if it is something you've purchased from us we will do a complimentary re-weld within the first 30 days. After that it costs $10 to re-weld.

If it is a piece you have purchased elsewhere, we will still re-weld but it is a $10 fee.

Warranty

Once jewelry is permanently attached, it is non refundable

If jewelry would break within the first 30 days, we will re-weld as long as it breaks at the jump ring and was purchased with us

We purchase jewelry from a supplier, so we do not guarantee from tarnishing or changing color. To prevent this please clean your jewelry as suggested in the aftercare section with soap and warm water
