Salon Service & Appointment Policy

At Mistyfied Salon, we take our guests very seriously. 

Salon Services 

We do not issue refunds on any salon services.  However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received at the salon, please notify the salon manager within 48 hours of your service.  If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected.  At that time, we will make every effort to correct any problems to your hair.  your rescheduling will be with the Hair Stylist who performed your service, at no additional charge. 

Product Returns 

All Aveda and Mantra products have a seven day return policy, and must be more than three-fourths full (close to full).  If paid with a credit card, it will be credited back to the credit card used and you must have your receipt. If paid with cash, you will receive a salon credit.  Promotional items or discounted items are non-refundable. 

Discounts & Gift Certificates

Only one discount can be used per visit.  If discount is for a first time client, it cannot be used for an established salon client.  Discounts or coupons cannot be applied to services with promotional pricing.  Mistyfied Hair Salon discounts are not valid for any Independent Contractors (Stylists) in the salon.  Please ask your stylist prior to the services being rendered if a discount can be used.  Gift Cards or Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash or trade.  Purchased Gift Certificates can be used for Mistyfied Hair Salon Only for services or retail products only.  Donated Gift Certificates are only good for services.  Independent Contractors (Stylists) do not honor any of the Mistyfied Promotional and/or Purchased Gift Certificates.  

No Show & Timely Arrival 

Mistyfied Salon cannot guarantee services to clients who are later than 10 minutes to their scheduled appointment.  If you can call to inform Mistyfied that you are running late, we can try to honor your appointment.  However, the salon reserves the right to refuse a service to a guest who is more than 10 minutes late to the scheduled appointment.  If you do not call and do not arrive for a scheduled appointment, it will be considered a "no-show".  Any guest who does not show up for their scheduled appointment more than two times will only be accepted as a walk-in or with a 50% non-refundable deposit.
