No Show and Timely Arrival
The salon cannot guarantee services to clients who arrive later than 5 minutes after their scheduled appointment. If you call to inform us that you're running late, we can try to accommodate and honor your appointment.
However, the salon reserves the right to refuse service to a guest who is more than 10 minutes late to an appointment. If you do not call and do not arrive for your appointment, it will be considered a "no-show". Any guest who does not show up for their appointment twice will be accepted as a walk-in only, and/or a 50% non-refundable deposit will apply.
Complimentary Consultation
The consultation will allow our stylist to personally discuss with our guests their hair needs. We, as hair artists, want to fulfill and customize our guests hair whether it is a designer cut, creative color or more. We will customize our guests hair design according to their facial features, body structure, hair texture and their daily lifestyle.

It is also important to create a personal home maintenance program so our guests can have a successful experience with their styling needs.
